Business Development Officer

An exciting role in a brand new crypto exchange platform for a business development person experienced in developing complex fin-tech business solutions

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive, proactive and coordinated business development strategy to identify and create new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to drive business growth and enable product development.

Develop and drive global and domestic business development activities and engagement in support of the Cryptus strategic vision

Generate and secure a continuous flow of attractive partnership opportunities that lead to a number of high value agreements

Lead the preparation and negotiation of new business partnership agreements and contracts

Coordinate initiatives across all Cryptus product and service lines to achieve maximum impact and better meet customer needs.

Build reliable processes and systems across entire customer lifecycle from demand generation to customer support and services

Strengthen organisational capacity and capability to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.

Ability to be self-directed and require little oversight in performance of duties, which includes financial acumen, business operations and future team building

Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and conceptual thinking ability, team building ability, with an emphasis on performance and achievement.

Requirements:

Two to five years of relevant experience required in business development and building external relationships in rapidly growing market of fin-tech startups
Strong knowledge & understanding of the crypto/banking/fin-tech industry
Ability to manage C-level relationships & multiple stakeholders
Articulate, excellent communication skills, motivated, self sufficient
Problem Solving/Decision Making Skills
Organisation, Planning and Control Skills
Time Management
MUST be fluent in English, Estonian and Russian.
Other relevant language skills are nice to have (not must have)
