Given Business Development position is focused on sourcing new business for our Growth Marketing team. The team recently closed deals with Samsung, Puma Global, BoyScouts of America, and many other top brands. You will play a crucial role in signing the next one!

Our sales approach is consultative, prioritizing the value we provide to customers by enhancing their business results through Conversion Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, Business Intelligence and Analytics setups, and Loyalty Platforms.

What are the goals and responsibilities of a Business Developer for Growth Marketing?

In this role, you will dive into understanding what scandiweb's customers truly want, identifying their needs and pain points. You will become familiar with the services of the Growth Marketing team, including SEO, PPC, CRO, Data, and Email Marketing. You will need to understand every service very well, as the delivery team understands it.

Your mission will be to craft personalized growth strategies for our clients. As a key player, you will lead day-to-day sales activities, from preparing new offers to engaging potential clients through calls. You will actively participate in all stages of the sales process for both inbound and outbound leads, from introductory calls to solutionizing. Keeping the CRM up-to-date with a precise action list will be crucial in closing deals successfully!

Ownership of deals will be in your hands, and you will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team leads to drive our collective success.

What do we expect from a Business Developer for Growth Marketing?

We are looking for someone who is well-organized, detail-oriented, knows how to communicate with leads, and has confident presentation skills in English. Practical experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce is preferable, but we value a willingness to learn even more. 

A self-motivated and proactive approach, along with great time management skills, is essential for success in this role. If you have previous work experience in sales or business development, that will be considered as a bonus, as well. 

Please note that if you are joining scandiweb remotely, you will need to have your own hardware setup . After the probation period, a hardware upgrade can be discussed and agreed upon.
