Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Timeliness of Reporting
- Adequate and reliable management & Financial Information (financial analysis, control, plan and communication)
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Consolidation, review and quality assurance of internal management information and financial material (i.e. strategic planning, budgeting and actual financial reporting, and daily company financial issues)
- Close cooperation and support to the management and other parties in issues related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management and legal structures in the region
- Development, coordination, supervision and integration of the finance and administrative functions in all legal and business entities
- Responsible for timely and correct monthly closing
- Support the business processes and management in financial related matters and developments
- Guarantee that the Wärtsilä Corporation Accounting Manual and Guidelines are followed and implemented, while fulfilling local requirements

Requirements
Qualifications and competencies:
- Good knowledge of Russian, English and Estonian
- Good financial knowledge, reporting and analysing skills
- Local accounting law and principles knowledge
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Presentation skills
- Business understanding
- Problem solving and decisions making capability
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Development oriented working approach with positive attitude
- Accounting or Finance education or similar gained through experience
- Previous experience of simple consolidation, reporting, cost follow-up and budgeting
- Proven track records in leading asset management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of Russian, English and Estonian
