Job Description

Nobina Norway is looking for committed bus drivers for this summer as well as for permanent positions.

As a bus driver, you are the company’s external face, and we want our customers to experience you as a safe driver with a focus on safety, and the same time creating a pleasant travel experience. Therefore, it is important that you are responsible, reliable and contribute to providing good service to our customers.

Working period 1 -  starts 18th  of May and ends 03rd of September 2023. (4 months)

Working period 2 - starts 26th  of June until 28th  of July 2023. (4 weeks)

Both temporary positions have possibilities to extend to permanent job within Nobina Norway.

Due to obligatory introduction course your arriving in Norway is supposed to happen from 1st  of May for working period 1.

And for working period 2 – from 17th of June.

It is a requirement to have minimum 2 years experience in driving buss in a town traffic environment.  

You need to have a car in order to get to the bus depot. We can help you to rent if needed. 

It is an advantage to have an experience from working in skandinavian countries.

Requirements

Fluent English 

Driving license cat. D, Certificate of Proficiency Public Trasport Driver/Commercial Driver code 95,  minimum 2 years of experience

EU resident

Company offers

Working hours - 35,5 pr week

Place: Oslo and Viken

Salary is paid in NOK and according to the Collective agreement for bus drivers in Norway. 

Starts at min. 230,29 NOK pr hour ++ overtime, inconvinient working hours etc.

Start salary (before extra time and unconvinient time) 36 000 NOK ++ pr month before taxes + free public transport card.

Taxes in Norway – tax free card until 70 000 NOK pr year, over this sum tax approximately between 17-25% for foreign employees

Working uniforms will be provided.

We are assisting you with accommodation within 20 min driving to the bus depot. The price of accommodation in a bedroom appr. 8 000 NOK pr month. You can also arrange accommodation by your own.
