BOUTIQUE MANAGER

BOUTIQUE MANAGER | „Crème de la Crème“, Viru Keskus.

We are looking for an experienced Boutique Manager who will be the leader and brand ambassador of the “Crème de la Crème” Boutique and will oversee daily operations in the Boutique. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the highest customer service standards and being the best example to the Team
• Achieving sales and KPIs targets
• Deep knowledge and commercial management of the assortment
• Building and developing an exceptional Team that consistently provides ultimate customer service
• Coordinating daily Boutique operations

The successful Candidate is:

• Goal oriented, communicative, with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Passionate about creating a customer service-oriented environment, coaching and mentoring others
• Fluent in both written and spoken Estonian and English (Russian would be a big advantage)
• With flexible attitude towards working schedule according to the Boutique needs
• Passionate about Haute Parfumerie and innovative cosmetics and has a wider range of interests in fashion and art
