Board member

AQDigital OÜ is a growing cryptocurrency exchange service provider licensed in Estonia. We are in search of the board member to run the company. 

Job responsibilities:

• manage, grow, and lead regulated crypto project;
• represent the company in external relations, being a signatory in its transactions and relations with other companies, clients, and partners;
• lead the board meetings and approve decisions;
• conduct business correspondence;
• represent the company in communication with government authorities, including FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit).

• higher education in banking, law, finance, business management or related field;
• at least 2 years work experience in DeFi, crypto, banking, finance or related field, preferably in management positions;
• sound understanding of FinTech, cryptocurrency business, AML regulatory framework;
• citizenship or permanent residency in Estonia;
• transparent background and proper business reputation;
• not more than 1 other crypto project in parallel management;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English, russian will be a benefit;
• attentive to details, systematic, respectful of deadlines.
