- Conducting the need analysis together with the customer
- Keeping the product knowledge within the dealership at level
- Managing the test drive process
- Supporting the Sales Advisor during the sales consultation
- Being the main point of contact for the customer to answer questions about
products

- Bachelor level or equivalent
- Experience in handling and supporting (premium) customers
- Distinctive customer and service orientation
- Passion for the BMW brand
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Estonian, English and Russian
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- High affinity towards new technologies, IT and innovations
- Driving license
