Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and take ownership for DPD Baltic projects
- Follow project management governance standards and continuously contribute in improving those
- Perform ongoing review of project status and provide clear, professional and informative project status updates to stakeholders
- Manage procurement and work with different vendors
- Show strong relationship building and communication skills, maintaining relationships within the project team and other project stakeholders
- Maintain up to date documentation of projects
Requirements
We expect You to have:
- At least 3 years hands-on work in project management, preferably in projects with IT deliverables and covering several countries
- Knowledge of Agile best practices and ability to blend both Agile and classic project management methods
- Fluency in English
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic understanding of company cash flows, budgeting processes and projects financial business cases.
- Positive and energetic personality
- Beneficial skills: a project management certification – PMP, Prince2 and hands-on experience in work with PM tools (Jira, Basecamp or others)
