Baltic Product Manager for Payments

Do you have a passion for payments area? Do you want to create valuable payment services for our customers? Join our Baltic Payments and Accounts Product team!

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and hands-on colleague, who will have a product owner role and work closely with IT team, business and support functions. 

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Plan, align and execute product plan and roadmap.
  • Create Customer Value, where initiate, create input and coordinate product and process improvements implementation.
  • Monitor, be aware and ensure product area in compliance with EU and local regulations implementation, execute internal compliance requirements and processes, for example perform Product Risk Assessment etc.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and have regular follow-up.
  • Work closely and plan activities with IT Agile team, define business requirements for IT, lead cross country and area projects, execute delivery.
  • Be responsible for product(s) and product lifecycle process and other product related activities. Follow market trends.
  • Follow-up and analyze product profitability: costs, income, statistics.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and minimum 2 year of experience in payments area or daily banking services, it key terms and concepts.
  • Understanding of payment business as whole and having ability to define needs for improvement and development, having work experience with Agile/SAFe methodology.
  • Cross-country and remote working experience.
  • Ability to read and understand product impacted regulations and turn them into business requirements.
  • Strong customer focus and market awareness.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills - achieve results without formal authority.
  • Strong execution capability - strong initiative, drive and persistence, goal oriented, “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and networking abilities.
  • Analyze product financials and statistics experience, initiate product reporting needs.
  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English and one of the of local languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian).
  • Located in Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius.
