Baltic Product Manager for Payments

Job Description

Are you passionate about payments landscape, ready to create value for corporate and private customers and work with product lifecycle management?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Initiate, create input and coordinate product and process improvements implementation, create and update Message Implementation Guide for Payment Initiation.
  • Plan, align and execute product plan and roadmap.
  • Monitor, be aware and ensure product area in compliance with EU and local regulations implementation, execute internal compliance requirements and processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and have regular follow-up.
  • Work closely with IT Agile team, define business requirements and plan activities together with IT Agile team, lead cross country and area projects, execute delivery.
  • Take product ownership form end to end, responsible for product portfolio and product lifecycle process. Follow market trends.
  • Follow-up and analyze product profitability: costs, income, statistics.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and minimum 2 year experience on payments area or daily banking services, it key terms and concepts.
  • Proven experience and knowledge on ISO20022 payment standard, has technical knowledge and competence to work with payment import files and other technical payment standards.
  • Understanding of payment business as whole and have ability to define needs for improvement and development, has working experience in Agile/SAFe methodology.
  • Cross country working experience.
  • Ability to read and understand product impacted regulations and turn them into business requirements.
  • Market awareness and customer focus.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills - achieve results without formal authority.
  • Strong execution capability - strong initiative, drive and persistence, goal oriented, “can do” attitude.
  • Very good cooperation and networking skills.
  • Good analysis and problem-solving skills, ability to initiate reporting needs and analyze financials.
  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Excellent in speaking and written Estonian and English is must.
  • Located in Tallinn.
