Back-office Swedish speaking Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Webhelp OÜ is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for an IT enterprise dedicated to developing software to make management and documentation of chemicals as user-friendly and cost-efficient as possible.


You would do back-office assignments handling, processing and checking of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) from different suppliers in our client’s online database. This job does not require any interaction with customers but would rather entail job with database, which means that written Swedish is required.

Requirements

• Good Swedish language (at least on B1 level);
• Very good command of English (at least on B2 level);
• Attention and ability to concentrate, precise, attention to detail;
• Good routine tolerance, self-motivated;
• Planned and organized, good time management skills;
• Patience, positivism, friendliness and willingness to help;
• Previous experience with handling data would be a bonus.
