Back-Office Support Specialists with Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish and/or Danish language skills

Webhelp in cooperation with our partner EcoOnline are currently looking to extend the Team of Back-Office Support Specialists by adding additional Finnish-, Swedish-, Norwegian- and/or Danish-speakers. Our Customer Support Specialists on behalf of EcoOnline, ensure the deliverance of a best-in-class service towards the end-customer.
Workplace: You can choose to work from home even though we have convenient offices in both Tallinn and Tartu

What we would like in return:
- Basic Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Danish language skills (from B1), in particular written understanding
- Good command of English (our common EcoOnline and Webhelp language)
- Absolute dedication to detail as we’re eventually dealing with people’s safety here
- Positive client service attitude
- High self-motivation (in particular when working from home), self-organisation skills and ability to maintain focus when performing routine tasks
- Basic computer skills and experience in working with mainstream office and database software is considered a plus
- Previous experience in a back-office support environment is an advantage, but is not a necessity

What we offer:
- A base salary ranging from €1000 to €1200 gross per month (depending on the language)
- Performance bonuses ranging from €100 to €150 gross per month
