BACK OFFICE AGENT with Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish language skill

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• handling customer’s insurance applications,
• inserting and changing needed data in databases,
• supporting sales or claims teams in administrative tasks

The job doesn’t include direct contact with the customer over phone.

YOU ARE A SUITABLE CANDIDATE IF:
• you are accurate and fluent in one of the Nordic languages
• you like to work with various databases
• you are positive, customer-minded and you have strong work ethics
• you value self development, good team spirit and customer relationship
