Located in a 15th-century merchant house in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, Peppersack is a medieval-themed restaurant offering guests immersive dining experiences, swordfights, and authentic Estonian cuisine. We welcome thousands of international and local guests each year, many arriving in large groups through tour agencies and corporate partners. To expand our reach and grow group bookings, we are looking for a B2B Sales Assistant to support our sales efforts.
As our B2B Sales Assistant, your focus will be supporting outbound sales efforts and managing existing B2B relationships with tour operators, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), corporate event planners, and travel agencies. Your job is to help increase large group bookings, strengthen partnerships, and keep Peppersack top-of-mind in the travel and corporate hospitality industries.
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English and Estonian (Russian or Finnish language is a plus)
Previous experience or interest in sales, tourism, or hospitality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive and self-driven — comfortable reaching out to clients
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and email communication
Professional yet friendly attitude when representing the restaurant
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and contacting new B2B leads (tour companies, agencies, hotels, DMCs)
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication
Support preparation of offers, proposals, and custom group menus
Track inquiries and bookings, follow up on open deals
Help coordinate logistics for group reservations (timing, space, menus, performances)
Update and organize CRM with contacts and lead status
Assist in preparing materials for tourism fairs and trade shows
Occasionally attend B2B meetings or site visits with clients
