Assistant Revenue Manager

As an Assistant Revenue Manager, you together with Revenue Manager and Revenue Team grow revenue and by utilizing revenue optimization maximize the Hotel´s performance versus its competitor set and budgeted targets. You must be able to substitute Revenue Manager during his absence.
Main duties are:
• Ensuring Hotel compliance with Radisson/Brand Pricing and E-Commerce policies
• Reviewing Hotel pricing, rooms and M&E, on daily/weekly basis to ensure proper positioning of the Hotel versus its competitive set/market
• Setting yield controls based on the forecasted demand to ensure maximum revenue potential
• Ensuring all rates are loaded in all systems; correct maintenance and creation of rate and package codes
• Allotment management to ensure correct house status (inserting, amending and asking back from partners if needed)
• Active sales and promotion of all the services available in the hotel

• Sufficient knowledge of the product and sales skills
• Positive hands on attitude and good communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills, commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Well-developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
• Knowledge of Property Management System (Opera/Fidelio) is preferred
• Very good Estonian and English language skills, basic Russian and Finnish language skills beneficial
