33% teaching responsibility
- As a member of the Senior leadership team of a school, participate in the promotion of the mission, vision, guiding statements and direction of the Foundation.
- Contribute to the enhancement of a professional and harmonious relationship between members of the school community.
- Ensure the delivery of high quality teaching and learning across all programmes in Years 12 and 13.
- Coordinate the effective delivery of student wellbeing, behaviour, and pastoral care support for students in Years 12 and 13
- Oversee the planning, implementation, organisation, and administration of the IB Diploma Programme.
- Supervise the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) coordinator to ensure the effective planning, implementation, organisation, and administration of the IBCP.
- Deputise for the Principal when required
Requirements

- Diverse and cumulative deep educational knowledge
- More than 10 years of work experience
- Successful experience leading a large team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of strategic planning in order to organise a team, manage change and experience of ‘crisis management.
- Able to ‘think outside the box’.
- Highly self-reflective.
- Good decision-making skills and sense of accountability
- Able to establish organisational objectives and assign responsibilities
- Fluent (or equivalent) English or French with a good working knowledge of the other.
