Assistant planner / Data entry person ( German speaking )

We are looking for a German speaking assistant planner / data entry person. The planners team is managing German / Dutch, Belgian traffic so the assistant has to help the planners with daily traffic, speak with the German speaking clients and make agreements for cargo deliveries and collections.

The persons daily tasks would be:
- Assist transport planners
- to work with the system ( open files and insert data)
- manage a part of the invoicing,
- collect paperwork for invoicing,

- Professional, secondary or higher education
- Good computer skills
- Very good German language in writing and in speech
- Determination, punctuality and good tolerance of stress
- Positivity and a good ability to communicate
- Good English and Estonian skills.
- Experience in transportation field is a plus
