Töö kirjeldus

- daily office document management
- office activity daily/weekly reports
- office activity daily planning
- contacting and negotiating with suppliers
- assisting any other tasks required by Manager

Nõudmised kandidaadile

- degree in BA or related field
- very good proficiency in MS office applications (MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio) is a must
- willingness and ability to work in totally different cultural environment (adaptability)
- English and/ or preferably French in good business communication level (written and spoken)
- very strong administration skills
