Job Description
- Assisting and support the CEO in various issues and daily operations (in English!);
- Organizing the work of the office, communicate with team and group staff while being responsible for the smooth running of the head office;
- Preparation of various data analyses and overview tables as well as reports and summery, i.e. production data, human resources, screening offers, prepare reports and summaries;
- Search for service providers and suppliers and prepare meetings and time-tables;
- Propose and publish job announcements, screen applicants, and organize job interviews;
- Translation of correspondence and conversations, if necessary.
- Main daily working languages are English and Estonian.
Requirements
- A ‘can do’ attitude, proactive, honest, flexible, curious, and reliable.
- Professional education and / or successful work experience as an assistant;
- Proficiency in English and Estonian at a very good level;
- Computer skills (excel, outlook);
- Project management skills;
- Ability to work independently and highly self-motivated;
- Good communication and self-expression skills;
- An agricultural background is beneficial.
