We are now looking for an Assistant, mill management to join UPM Plywood Otepää mill.

What will you do

• Be the go-to person for versatile administrative and office
• Be responsible for handling meeting and travel arrangements, organizing staff events, taking care communication related tasks like social media, info TV and Mill´s newspaper
• Act as a support person for management team and being a contact person for staff and external parties
• Have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people, building good cooperation and acting purposefully in different situations

• You are a skilled assistant with a relevant education and solid work experience
• You have knowledge how to use various office programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You are comfortable using different software and can quickly learn new ones
• You are fluent in Estonian and have good English language skills
• You have productive and positive working style and you enjoy an active work environment
• You have good cooperation skills and the courage to act purposefully in different situations, building a positive rapport among people
• You are a team player and always put the team's goals in the first place
