Assembler

Your daily responsibilities:
- Ensure the high-quality and timely assembly of products in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions.
- Monitor the production process and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow occupational health and safety requirements and established workplace procedures.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve production processes, safety, and the working environment.
- Support colleagues and help foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role, or the ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong technical aptitude and good manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in Estonian, Russian, or English.
- Accuracy and attention to technical details.
- Secondary or vocational education in a technical field.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
