Role overview 

You’ll be the driving force behind turning data into strategy. In this role, you’ll support Sales and Marketing teams with actionable insights, market analysis, and performance reporting. You’ll transform numbers into clear conclusions, create and maintain tools, and present key sales, financial, and market metrics to management and commercial teams. Beyond analysis, you’ll lead projects, manage workflows, and collaborate closely with a Business Analyst to ensure smooth execution and impactful results. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves data, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to make a measurable impact on business growth.

What you’ll be doing 

• Lead the Revenue Growth Management/Value Management agenda, ensuring strategies and initiatives that maximize profitability and long-term growth.

• Ensuring support for commercial team with assortment analysis and insights.

• Dive into data to reporting, analyse sales volumes, profitability, pricing, and promotional impact—turning numbers into clear, strategic recommendations for Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Track and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance—turning results into actionable insights for Sales Managers.

• Be the key person to support Sales & Marketing teams with insights.

• Provide hands-on support for commercial tools and lead exciting Business Development projects and initiatives.

• Build and evaluate business cases to support key decisions.

• Tackle various ad-hoc analyzes that keep the business moving forward.

What we’re looking for 

• A university degree in Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, Business Management, or Statistics.

• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a big plus.

• At least 3 years experience in commercial analytics and project management.

• Ability to form and defend your opinions with confidence.

• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong team collaboration skills.

• A genuine passion for numbers and eagerness to grow professionally.

• Technical curiosity and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Fluency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).
