Job Description

  • Analysis of store performance;
  • Control of the product assortment and product balances in stores;
  • Control of product placement, store and staff visual appearance;
  • Employee planning, training and management;
  • Daily work in the sales hall;
  • Control of the stores’ internal documentation;
  • Preparation of monthly reports;
  • Fulfillment of the set goals according to the company's requirements;
  • Opening of new stores, reconstruction, design of stores, etc.

Requirements

  • Your language skills are the key – very good command of Estonian and English are a must, Russian – conversational level.
  • Previous experience in retail;
  • Higher education (preferably in the field of economics or business management);
  • Previous experience in a managerial position for at least 2 years;
  • B category driver’s licence;
  • You’re a skilled user of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • People-oriented mind-set and willingness to motivate team members.
