- Be part of a Pan-Baltic team of Consumer finance professionals.
- Develop and lead Consumer finance products (Small loan, Home small loan, Student loan) strategies implementation and support in Estonia.
- Manage product portfolio and new sales profitability.
- Ensure product compliance with local regulations.
- Keep track on business environment and local market.
- Initiate sales support activities, working closely with local counterparties to implement sales campaigns and special offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
- Demonstrated experience in banking industry.
- Knowledge of private lending products or processes.
- Experience and capability of managing projects.
- Good cooperation skills with different counterparties.
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong planning and prioritizing competencies.
- Good command of spoken and written Estonian, English (Russian would be advantage).
