Job Description

  • offer excellent customer service and a positive customer experience;
  • create strong partnerships across each therapeutic area;
  • event and meeting management for the assigned therapeutic area;
  • establish and maintain internal partnerships with compliance, finance, and procurement teams;
  • be responsive to audit readiness, quality, and compliance requests;
  • organize all types of postage/package/ delivery and forwarding services;
  • documentation archiving;
  • collaborate with a multifunctional team to create quality interactions with healthcare professionals, following company policies and procedures.


  • higher education and minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, and/or customer service experience in meeting management;
  • fluent English and Estonian language;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • high learning agility with ability to adapt to a changing environment with a strong customer and people orientation;
  • strong time-management skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrix teams and global multi-cultural and virtual environment;
  • proficient in using internal systems and software;
  • knowledge of compliance, ethical, and legal requirements in the industry is preferred.
