Job Description

  • Manage product data entry, updates, and management in MS Excel and other database. 
  • Fill in business client data forms and assist with the registration of new brands and products.
  • Prepare various documents based on instructions provided by colleagues. 
  • Communicate with suppliers and other third parties via e-mail and phone. 
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing team and other teams when necessary. 
  • Other administrative tasks based on the company's needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly. 
  • Excellent time management skills (efficient) and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Enjoy helping others with team-player attitude and a considerate mindset toward others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
