Administration Specialist for Purchasing

Job Description

• Processing, control and archiving of suppliers contracts and documentation.
• Setting up advertising activities in the system.
• Preparation of procurement notices.
• Data processing on the price changes of goods.
• Data entry and management in certain systems.
• International communication with other internal departments.
• Preparation of standard reports.
• Involvement in the optimisation of processes.

Requirements

• Higher education or final year student.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, high degree of accuracy.
• Safe handling of MS-Office.
• Eagerness to work independently & in a team.
• Very good Estonian and English language skills, having basic German is an advantage.
• Availability to go for training abroad for a period of 6 months.
