Job Description
- Oversee Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily tasks.
- Manage team workload, resources, and performance to secure delivery of operational targets and service excellence.
- Build trust and foster a positive, motivated team environment by leading through example.
- Lead and, when necessary, initiate cross-functional projects, process improvements, and reporting enhancements to strengthen efficiency and controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between SSC and business counterparts to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager to achieve shared goals and contribute to company success through teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, master data maintenance, incoming payments, reconciliations, reporting, credit collection and management.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent credential is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems with a strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and financial controls.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for leading, coaching, and developing a team in an international environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in business English (written and verbal). Knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish is considered a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible, and highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Committed to process improvement, service quality and operational excellence.
