Job Description
Fractory is a company of 35 dedicated colleagues, many of whom have an engineering background. Fractory finance consists of two people and due to growing business, we are looking for you to join us to:
- Be responsible for supervising our billing and receivable processing systems, identify and highlight any processing errors and where necessary fix them manually
- Be the main product owner of order to cash processing system
- Send reminders to customers, who have not paid in time, while maintaining a good relationship with them
- Apply incoming payments to open invoices, when it does not happen automatically
- Communicate with engineering and production companies in Nordics (Baltics and Scandinavia) as well as English Speaking countries (UK, US, South-Africa)
- Prepare payments to our manufacturers
Requirements
We’d like you to:
- Have strong processing skills, being precise, fast and tolerate some level of repetitive tasks
- Speak and write excellent English and Estonian
- Have good communication skills: ability to be assertive while building the relationship
- Good team player: have an open eye to what is happening with other people and put up your hand to help or offer an effective solution
- Be a systematic person
