Responsibilities:
Financial Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Estonian tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and other tax-related documents.
- Assist in tax planning and provide support during tax audits.
- Prepare a financial statement for Transfer Pricing.
Cryptocurrency Accounting:
- Apply basic understanding of cryptocurrencies to record transactions involving digital assets.
- Monitor and reconcile cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes related to cryptocurrencies in Estonia.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and activities.
- Work closely with auditors and assist in the audit.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate financial information effectively to non-finance team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects.
