Account Manager

Apply if you would be happy to:
- collaborate with the Sales Manager and other teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients, provide training and support for new clients
- ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and communicated to relevant departments
- maintain regular communication with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts to drive additional revenue
- collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges impacting client accounts

We will be happy if you have:
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related role, preferably within the logistics and/or e-commerce
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically as well as strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work with international clients and understand cultural nuances
- proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage
