Account Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Regular and operative communication with Marketplace sellers (small/medium size);
• Work via Sales force tool with Marketplace sellers in Estonian/English language
• Work with the selection of marketing solutions and tools for sellers;
• Direct responsibility for ensuring the implementation of the KPI‘s of Marketplace sellers, in terms of perfomace management;
• tracking and execution of KPI‘ (such as late and rejection orders ) plans of improvement creation with sellers;
• Solving various types of problems with sellers and/or their products and orders.

Team mate profile:

• Higher education;
• Previous experience in sales/commerce/project management areas, wuold be a advantage
• Experience in Marketplace or e-commerce retail field – would be advantage;
• Strong communication & problem solving skills;
• Good & clear communication skills in English;
• Desire to learn, grow, investigate and initiate.
