Purpose of the Role

  • Preparing mise en place and supporting all meal services 
  • Executing dishes with care, precision, and consistency 
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workstation 
  • Supporting kitchen operations, deliveries, and stock rotation 
  • Assisting with seasonal prep, including fermentation and preservation 
  • Working closely with the team to deliver a calm, smooth service

About Eha

The Role 

You’ll work closely with the Head of Culinary and Sous Chef, supporting the daily delivery of the retreat’s food programme across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 

This is a hands-on role focused on building strong fundamentals, consistency, and confidence in a small, supportive team.
