Meie Leivabaar serveerib elavalt tulelt hommiku- ja õhtusööke. Oleme üks selgeima ja unikaalseima kontseptsiooniga restorane Eestis. Tänaseks on meie ümber kogunenud tugev kogukond hommikusöögifänne ning meie leivast kantud maitsed ja lood lubavad jätkusuutlikku arengut veel aastateks.
Meie töökultuuris on kvaliteet kaugelt tähtsam kvantiteedist (koht on väike ja suuri masse me ei teeninda). Usume, et arukalt valitud töötempo on hea söögi valmistamise eelduseks ning planeerime oma töö vastavalt. Aarde Pagar & Leivabaar is a bakery and restaurant operating in the Telliskivi Creative City. Since 2022, we have been producing and selling our most beloved wheat sourdough black floor bread called "Aarde Must."
Our Leivabaar serves breakfast and dinner from a live fire. We are one of the restaurants in Estonia with the clearest and most unique concept. By now, a strong community of breakfast enthusiasts has gathered around us, and the flavors and stories inspired by our bread promise sustainable development for years to come.
In our work culture, quality is far more important than quantity (the place is small and we do not serve large crowds). We believe that a wisely chosen work pace is a prerequisite for making good food, and we plan our work accordingly.
