Job Description

Do you enjoy helping people, you have excellent proficiency in English and Estonian, you are ready to a fixed-termemployment contract to cover a maternity leave replacement!

As a Product Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. You’ll handle questions and inquiries related to diabetes devices, as wellas technical issues involving Dexcom’s mobile apps, cloud software, and connected devices. On a daily basis, You’ll respond to registered incoming calls, support forms and emails, providing clear troubleshooting guidance and step-by-step instructions. You are using Dexcom’s computer-based systems to document and analyse patient and product information, arrange device replacements or samples, and follow up with patients according to department standards, ensuring a fast and positive customer experience.

Requirements

What makes you successful: -

Customer focus, accuracy and empathy, finding detailed solutions to customer queries

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone manners

- Fluency in both Estonian and English

- 1+ years of customer or technical support experience

- Proven experience supporting mobile apps (iOS and Android) and cloud-based reporting systems

- Problem-solving skills by working independently and in collaboration with other team members

- Ability and readiness to write reports, read and interpret documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions etc
