ERP & business process specialist

Analyze and optimize business processes across production, planning, warehousing, and logistics;
Collect and formalize requirements from production units and other stakeholders;
Maintain and develop systems (Kinetic ERP, OmniWin) and participate in the implementation of new solutions;
Prepare technical documentation, including business requirements, specifications, process maps, and regulations;
Support integration of new systems with existing platforms (ERP, CAD/CAM, MES);
Conduct testing, train users, and provide post-implementation support. Collaborate closely with IT, production, planning, and procurement teams.

Around 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment;
Higher education;
Good command of English, Estonian, and Russian;
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, BI tools);
Experience in process modeling (BPMN, UML) and in preparing specifications, use-case scenarios, and user documentation;
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred);
Experience with CAD/CAM, MES, or manufacturing engineering systems is an advantage.
