Lead engineer ( shipbuilding )

Plan and assign tasks to the engineering team;
Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, project teams, and production;
Create 2D/3D working drawings;
Review and approve engineers’ drawings;
Troubleshoot technical issues during order execution;
Communicate with clients on technical matters.

Higher technical education;
At least 4 years of experience in shipbuilding engineering roles;
Proficiency in Russian and preferably English;
Experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D;
Ability to motivate and lead a team;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
