Job Description
In this role, you will lead business development projects that may include creating new services and solutions, as well as improving internal processes.
Your responsibilities will cover identifying opportunities, conducting market and customer research, preparing analyses and reports, managing the evaluation and decision-making process for project implementation, engaging stakeholders, planning schedules and budgets, and monitoring progress.
You will foster effective cooperation within the company and with partners, while proactively resolving challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.

*At least 2 years of experience in managing (business) development projects, preferably in the technology sector
*Good knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of business processes
*Strong analytical and collaboration skills, with independence and a systematic approach
*Excellent command of Estonian and English
*Higher education (preferably in economics, business, or IT)
*Interest in technology and innovation
*At least 2 years of experience in managing (business) development projects, preferably in the technology sector
*Good knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of business processes
