Are you a skilled welder looking for new opportunities abroad? Wellpack Oy is currently hiring multiple welders for industrial clients across Southern Finland. Whether your expertise lies in MIG, MAG, TIG, stick welding, or robotic welding, we have a variety of positions available in modern and well-organized production environments.

? Your responsibilities may include:

• Welding black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other industrial materials

• Working with sheet metal, pipes, and structural components (typically 2–20 mm)

• Interpreting technical drawings

• Ensuring the quality and safety of your work

• Collaborating with a local team in a safe and supportive work environment 

• Experience in one or more welding methods: MIG, MAG, TIG, Stick, or robotic

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Basic English or Finnish language skills – Estonian or Russian also considered depending on the client site

• Valid work permit for Finland (if needed, we assist with processing)

• A strong work ethic and willingness to commit to a stable job

• Immediate job openings in multiple locations across Southern Finland
