Job description

Work with suppliers on compliance via Food Safety audits for Food, Packaging, Distribution, Transport, Produce Farms, performed by 3rd party;

Manage products specifications and cutting compliance;

Manage relationship with all necessary regulatory, food and health inspection bodies and agencies;

Support Operations in understanding and implementing Restaurant Food Safety Standards and prepare them for 3rd party audits and in accordance with local health regulation;

Maintain Chemicals and Pest management vendor’s programs;
-
Monitor Food Safety KPIs for continuous improvement;
-
Conduct Ad Hoc visit in restaurants to review Food Safety standards;
-
Development and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures;

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and finished products;

Assist in handling customer and restaurant complaints related to food quality and safety;
-
Maintain documentation and reports related to QA activities and compliance.
Requirements
-
A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field;
-
Proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry;
-
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety regulations;
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
-
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively;

Ability to travel.
