Maintain criticality class 1 services on payment processing platforms following ITIL processes and using ticketing systems like Service Now;
Maintain high-quality Java applications;
Deploy, manage, and scale applications on OpenShift;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release new features and bug fixes;
Use GitHub for version control;
Maintain messaging solutions using MQ (Message Queues), Kafka, or RabbitMQ;
Readiness to be in the on-call;
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

What is needed in this role:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience);
Previous experience in IT development or maintenance;
Experience with monitoring using ELK stack, Zabbix, Grafana in a bonus;
Experience with relational databases;
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team;
Fluent in speaking and writing in English.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture;
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure;
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines;
Experience with payment flows.
