Technical Specialist for a Digital Project

We’re NY PMU – the world-renowned Permanent Makeup Academy founded by Nataliya Yeremenko, based in Tallinn, Estonia. We transform everyday people into top-tier PMU artists. Our mission is to create professionals who don’t just work in the beauty industry but conquer it – becoming true stars in their field.

We’re looking for a technical all-rounder to manage everything tech-related — from Kajabi and analytics to automations and client support. This role is key to the smooth operation of our online academy. We need someone with a systems mindset and a strong eye for digital tools.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Kajabi (courses, funnels, landing pages, integrations, payments)
• Manage web hosting, Cloudflare, access control, and digital security
• Maintain and upgrade office equipment
• Edit video lessons and webinars (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
• Create presentations, PDFs, and subtitles (InDesign, Figma, Canva)
• Set up and run email/SMS campaigns and bots (Kajabi, Altegio, etc.)
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns
• Connect and analyze web analytics tools (GA4, Clarity), prepare reports
• Handle technical issues — internal and client-related
• Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and subject matter experts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital projects and a solid understanding of how online schools operate
• Hands-on experience with online platforms (preferably Kajabi)
• Bonus: basic coding skills and ability to build simple web pages from templates
• English level B2+ (confident spoken and written communication)
• Fluent in Russian
• Basic knowledge of web analytics and ability to create reports
• Strong system thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
