Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Tools category brands in collaboration with sales and product teams;

Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand-building activities across multiple channels (web, social media, in-store, media);

Coordinate the creation of creative assets and ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Work closely with suppliers to align marketing activities, product launches, and promotional plans.

Monitor brand and campaign performance, analyze market and competitor trends and provide insights for product development.
Ootused kandidaadile
-
3+ years experience in brand management, category marketing or trade marketing;
-
Proven experience in planning and executing omnichannel markting campaigns with large number of different brands;

Strong project management skills and attention to detail;

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across departments and with external partners;

Analytical mindset and experience with performance reporting and ROI evaluation;

Genuine interest and passion for the tools category and related products;
-
Fluent in Estonian and English.
