What You’ll Do:

  • Build and grow relationships with affiliate partners by supporting current ones and attracting new ones to the affiliate program.
  • Seek out new advertising spaces and traffic sources.
  • Monitor traffic quality, detect fraud, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Analyze program performance, providing insights and ideas for optimization.
  • Manage reporting and ensure smooth, timely partner payments.
  • Participate in international exhibitions and conferences to strengthen partnerships and grow the network.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Understanding of online affiliate programs or digital marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian – both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for opportunities and the drive to turn them into results.
  • Readiness and excitement to travel to participate in international exhibitions and conferences.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but the right attitude, energy, and mindset matter most.
