Role description:
➢ Leading the demand planning process for JELD-WENNorth Europe markets
➢ Working with sales managers and other stakeholders togather insights, share forecasts, and align on strategies
➢ Tracking forecast accuracy, identifying root causes ofdeviations, and implementing corrective actions toimprove sales forecast accuracy
➢ Representing Supply Chain in NPI project teams
➢ Identifying and addressing demand plan risks andopportunities with stakeholders
➢ Feeding back constraints and supply side risks andopportunities to the commercial teams
Requirements
Requirements for the Candidate:
⇢ 3-5 years of experience in supply chain orplanning in an international company
⇢ Teamwork skills and confidentcommunication style
⇢ Very strong analytical and problem-solvingskills
⇢ MS Excel skills, experience with Power BIand AI tools (e.g. Copilot)
⇢ Good business English skills (mandatory), Scandinavian languages are an advantage
