Job Description

Apply if you see great challenges and opportunities in:
•analysing call center business requirements and managing call center software solutions, as well as describe technical development tasks;
•analysing and developing solutions according to business requirements using Microsoft's no-code-low-code platform (Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate, and others);
•analysing and developing solutions using MS SharePoint;
•collaborating with other development teams, product managers, and key stakeholders within the company to assess and map out the company's needs and requirements.


We will be happy if you:
•have a basic understanding of call center software solutions and previous experience in their management. Willingness to learn;
•possess elementary knowledge of integration design (APIs) and are familiar with SQL query language;
•have basic knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS are advantageous);
•have skills in (data)modelling, ability to map business processes;
•have an agile mindset and the ability to think „outside the box“. Strong sense of ownership and ability to see problem-solving through to completion;
•demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English (colleagues across the Baltics). Excellent ability for systematic thinking and documentation.
