Estonian-speaking Customer Support Representative

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Engaging promptly and in a friendly manner with customers through chat and email channels
• Utilizing CRM systems to look up and retrieve relevant information
• Investigating and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

• Native Estonian and a C1 level of English languages both verbal and written
• CRM software experience
• Detail-oriented nature
• Experience in Customer Support would be an advantage

DESIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of the iGaming industry
• Communication and logical reasoning skills
• Goal-setting, multitasking and troubleshooting
• Ability to concentrate under pressure
• Teamwork mentality
