Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an English-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team to support our businesses across European region by providing and managing access to their tools. 

Main role and responsibilities: ​

Creating, changing and deleting accesses to tools, administrating accounts, assigning/revoking permissions  ​

Collection and maintenance of tools and partner contract data  ​

Auditing of accesses to tools  ​

Updating and reviewing Role Matrixes and partner contracts  ​

Reporting to client and to the businesses  

Proficient English language skills (verbal and written) ​

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software ​

Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications ​

Strong communication, administration, problem solving and technical skills  ​

Attention to details  ​

Valid working permit in Estonia 

Working hours from MON-FRI 8:00 – 16:30, 9:00 – 17:30, 11:30 – 20:00 according to the schedules  ​

Full training  ​
