The Cosmetologist Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to aspiring cosmetologists covering a wide range of beauty techniques. Curriculum Development: Develop teaching materials, seminar plans and syllabuses for various beauty courses, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date and in line with industry standards and trends.
Instruction and Demonstration: Conduct hands-on training and demonstrations to teach beauticians various beauty techniques using mesoestetic products.
Theory Training: Deliver engaging lectures and presentations on topics related to beauty theory, including product knowledge and customer service.
Skills Assessment: Assess learner progress and skill level through hands-on exercises, demonstrations, constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
One-on-one support: Provide one-on-one guidance and support to beauticians who may need extra help or guidance to learn specific techniques or overcome challenges.
Industry Trends and Innovations: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, techniques, products and innovations by integrating relevant information into training programs.
Professional Development: Continually improve personal skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities, seminars, workshops and industry networking to stay abreast of the latest beauty trends and learning methodologies.
Administrative Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, such as maintaining training records, tracking cosmetic progress, and coordinating schedules.
