If you love the feeling of a perfectly planned out trip, this job might be just for you. We're looking for a Danish-speaker to be a customer service specialist for a travel company and help our customers go on the trip of a lifetime.
How we work is simple: Concentrix + Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Concentrix + Webhelp but supporting the clients of a well-known travel company.
To do great in this role, you must have at least a C1 level in Danish and a good command of English. Other than that, we'd love for you to be passionate about great customer service and can be a flexible and dynamic addition to our team.
Our recruitment process consists of a short phone interview, an online test of the Danish language, finally an interview and a background check. If we turn out to be a match, we'll be happy to extend you an offer to join us!
